HOW DO I BECOME GREEN?

ecoGreenVacations.com has categorized the "greenness" into four levels. For each level (seed, root, sprout, tree) you will need to have a minimum of at least one of the listed criteria per level.

HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I POST FOR MY RENTAL?

We do not make homeowners pay for additional photographs. Each listing has the ability to post twenty of their favorite images.

WHERE CAN I FIND GREEN PRODUCTS FOR MY HOME?

The resources page has many helpful links to view. Here you will be able to find leads to the many environmentally friendly products, tools and services.

ARE THERE FIVE STAR RENTAL HOMES ON YOUR SITE?

There are numerous five star accommodations on our site. Traveling green means being economically minded. Our homeowners have transformed their homes and lifestyles in order to help the environment we live in today. Some of the largest mansions are trading in old appliances for new high efficiency models, which operate the same if not better. Of course on our site there may be rustic conditions for the more adventurous traveler but in no means are most of the rentals discounted on quality nor luxury.

DOES IT COST MORE TO RENT AN ECO-GREEN HOME?

Operating an "eco-green" home does not cost more; therefore our rentals are within or below the average rates.

DO YOU HAVE TOP LISTINGS OR RANKING PRIORITY ON YOUR SITE?

We display rentals in each area by a first come first serve basis. There are numerous ways a client can narrow a search for a rental by; number of bedrooms, rental name, green ranking, price and location. We do offer a monthly spot on our homepage under featured property and destinations. A spot ranges from $50- $500, here you will have maximum exposure to every visitor that enters the site.

HOW DO I USE THE COMPARE FEATURE?

Click "compare" the first time to select the first listing you would like to compare. You may click to other pages or search other listings, but you must select "compare" on a second listing to launch the compare application.

WHY WAS ECOGREENVACATIONS.com, INC. FOUNDED?

Melodie Melvin founded ecoGreenVacations.com, Inc. in February of 2008. After traveling around the globe and managing luxury villas she had a dream of combining her passion of living green and traveling. ecoGreenVacations.com, Inc. was launched one year later in February of 2009.
